Every kit has a crystal good for the purpose, a tealight & selenite. Selenite carries an energy of peace and calm. This makes it an ideal crystal for any situation where peace needs to be restored. selenite is effective at clearing heavy, blocked energy and also will cleanse your other crystals. Just place them near or on the selenite stick.
every kit also includes White Sage, which is a great way to reset your own energy or space energy. If you had a bad day, sage will help do the trick. Just light it, blow it out and whirl it around you. If someone carries bad energy into your space, clear that out with sage. Cleanse your home with sage to release stagnate energy. It's perfect for that! I used it all the time when I had a house of teenagers lol!
Light the end and give it a few seconds to ignite, blow out or sometimes it will go out on it's own. Use a ash catcher like a bowl or such that is heat safe and cleanse away!
