Please remember each actual candle is happily handcrafted one candle at a time. We do not mass produce these so it can take 5-7 business days before mailing. You will receive shipping/tracking notification once it ships. If you have a rush situation don't hesitate to contact us through our contact form. You packages will be sent with tracking information. Please be advised if your package show as delivered we can not replace a package that you say was not received. We are not responsible for theft.You can request a signature delivery if need be otherwise, you agree to this when purchasing from our site.
We can not take returns on candles bought at a retail location that sells our products, customized, or fundraiser candles. Due to the nature of our product, our bath & body products cannot be returned, used candles cannot be returned or exchanged. Unused candles may be exchanged for another scent within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned items, or may exchange in person at our Atco, NJ location. In the event the products are damaged during shipping from us to you, we will refund or replacement the item. Photographic proof must be provided via email prior to sending out the replacement. You are responsible for shipping initially paid and return your shipping. Product must not be used in any way and in the same shape received. If your package shows as delivered per tracking to your address we will not replace a claimed missing package as we are not responsible for theft. Any other problems contact us so we can fix it.
