We tried for months to get this right and I think this is right on! Being a Philly soft pretzel lover my entire life I had to try to duplicate that fresh baked scent. Captured in the out of the oven stage smell...It's doughy with a tinch of salt and just a tiny little bit of sweet like when it's fresh out of the oven. This is seriously so yummy!
